This website is operated by Algizrune Art. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Algizrune Art.
By accessing or using our website, contacting us, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Online Orders and Use of the Site

You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting an order, request, or inquiry.
You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Any breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to our Services.

3. Products and Services

Handmade Jewellery and Artworks:
All our products are handcrafted. Small variations in shape, texture, or color are natural and emphasize the authenticity of handmade art. These are not considered defects.

Custom Orders and Commissions:
Customized items are made individually to order. Production times vary depending on complexity and material availability.

Apparel and Merchandise:
Some apparel or printed items may be fulfilled through trusted production partners. These items may ship separately from handmade jewellery or artifacts.

We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately, but minor differences between images and final items may occur.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices or correct typographical errors at any time without prior notice.

All payments must be made in full before the order is shipped.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, or customs charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Handmade items:
Most ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched from Canada within 1–3 business days.
Custom-made items usually ship within 7 business days after completion unless otherwise specified.

Delivery:
Shipping options (tracked mail or express courier) are available at checkout or upon invoice.
Delivery times depend on your location and carrier performance.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by postal services, customs, or border inspections

• Losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

6. Returns and Refunds

Handmade Jewellery and Artworks:

• Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Non-custom items may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• EU customers retain the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for non-custom items.

Apparel and Printed Products:

• Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

To request a return or refund, please contact info@algizrune.com within 14 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, photographs, artwork, texts, and logos — is the intellectual property of Algizrune Art.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content or product designs without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our products are created for artistic, cultural, or decorative purposes.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse or mishandling of our products.

We are also not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, or any external events beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, natural disasters, or technical failures).
