Viking Wild Boar Warrior Amulet – Brass or Pewter

This handcrafted Viking amulet is based on the famous Torslunda Plates from Öland, Sweden (7th–10th century), where warriors are shown wearing boar-shaped helmets. The wild boar was admired for its courage and unstoppable force — qualities treasured by Norse warriors.

Cast in your choice of brass or pewter, this pendant carries the weight and feel of authentic early medieval metalwork. Its detailed design reflects ancient traditions, while the size of 45 mm makes it practical for daily wear or ritual use.

In Norse mythology, the boar is tied to Freyr through his glowing boar Gullinbursti. This creature represented vitality, strength, and good fortune. Wearing boar imagery was meant to invoke protection, bravery, and the will to overcome challenges.

Each pendant is cast with traditional techniques and hand-finished, giving it a natural, historical character. Whether worn as a personal talisman or added to a Viking collection, this piece carries the spirit of Norse warrior culture.
